Production process of grinding balls:

1. Forged grinding balls as the name suggests is forged grinding balls, the traditional process needs to be according to the size of the material first, and then use coal or natural gas, medium frequency heating furnace, etc. to heat the material to a certain temperature, air hammer forging, heat treatment, product inspection. The traditional process of forging grinding balls has too many drawbacks, the most important of which are low production efficiency, artificial control of product quality resulting in large individual differences, serious environmental pollution, great labor intensity of workers, heat radiation and noise radiation and other serious harm to workers' health.


Disadvantages: The quality of forged steel balls is greatly affected by the labor proficiency of workers, and the quality of steel balls is uneven and cannot be guaranteed.


2. The diagonal clamping process produces wear-resistant steel balls, the basic idea of the diagonal clamping process is to use a medium frequency electric furnace to heat the whole round steel, send it to the roll through the conveyor device, and drive the roll to rotate through the motor and reducer, and the roll can use its own ball groove design to tie the high temperature round steel diagonally into a ball.


Advantages: The diagonal clamping process does not require cutting, no air hammer forging, which greatly improves production efficiency, greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers, and greatly reduces the harm such as noise.


Disadvantages: The most important thing in the production of wear-resistant grinding balls by diagonal clamping technology is the surface quality and roundness, etc., the surface of the grinding balls pierced by diagonal clamping technology has defects such as skin clipping, lack of meat, overburning, protrusion, high roundness, etc., and the diagonal clamping technology in the diameter of the grinding balls is greater than 50mm, the grinding balls indicators tied out can not meet the requirements of the relevant standards.Grinding balls with a diameter greater than 90 mm can no longer be produced by diagonal tie technology.


3. The technology of rotary cutting and rolling forging automatic wear-resistant grinding balls production line adopts new automatic feeding technology, medium frequency induction electric furnace heating technology, rotary cutting roll forging machine technology, spiral isothermal machine technology, drum screw quenching machine technology, automatic insulation barrel and other advanced equipment.


Advantages: The production efficiency of this wear-resistant grinding balls is nearly 20 times higher than that of the traditional process, and the labor intensity and working environment of workers have been greatly improved.
